To enter a query or search RRunners.com, enter a few descriptive
words and hit the "enter" key for a list of
relevant results. The results are found based on the words you enter as the
query. The words entered are searched as a complete phrase.
Therefore, only results with the entire query (words in the same
order) found will be shown. If the order of words is unimportant,
or if not all the words are required, use the boolean expressions
"OR" or "AND" between words.
The asterick (*) can be used to return all words that match
the given word. For example, a query for sell would return
results that exactly match the word sell. This search would
leave out results containing the word shipping. To remedy
this, simply use an asterick or wild card. Searching for ship*
would return results containing the base word ship.
Each letter (below) corresponds to the element's definition.

- Search Field - To enter a query, type a few
descriptive words and hit the "enter" key. Boolean
conditional operators, such as "OR" or
"AND", are supported.
- Result Pages - If the number of returned results
exceeds 10 then the additional results are displayed on
separate pages. To view the other pages of results, simply
click on the page number or on "next page".
- Result Count - The number of results returned from
the query. If this number is high, you may want to restrict
your query using additional words or conditional operators,
such as "OR" or "AND".
- Result Ranking - The ranking gauges the validity of
the search result. It is the percentage of the query that was
found in the result. The highest ranked results are displayed
first.
- Summary - The summary shows a brief excerpt of the
text found in the result. The summary does NOT necessarily
contain the query words; it is merely the first few lines from
the page.
- Result Link - Clicking on the result link will take
you to the page the results were found on.
