In any event, we will not be responsible for losses or costs caused by any third party including (for example only) any resulting from mechanical or systems failure affecting third parties.

The list of Runner Rewards Partners participating in the Runner Rewards Program is subject to change and may be amended without prior notice to you.

Reliable Runners reserves the right to change the format or elements of the Runner Rewards Program.

Reliable Runners reserves the right to end the Runner Rewards Program at any time with or without notice.

Runners Rewards Points have no cash value and may be redeemed only in accordance with the current program rules.

Although Runner Rewards Points may be transferred to another User within the same account, Runner Reward Points may not be transferred to another Runner Rewards account.

Reliable Runners cannot accept any responsibility should any Runner Rewards Partner refuse to provide credits upon conversion of Runner Rewards Points in accordance with any previously published schedule of conversion provided Reliable Runners.

You authorize Reliable Runners to provide to, and receive from, any Runner Rewards Partner any information relating to you which it is desirable or necessary for Reliable Runners or the Runner Rewards Partner (as the case may be) to disclose to the other in order to ensure the full and effective operation of Runner Rewards and any associated Runner Rewards Partner Program.

Reliable Runners will not be liable for any dispute concerning goods or services received from any Runner Rewards Partner. Any such dispute should be directly resolved between the Account Holder and the related Club Rewards Partner.

Runner Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash or credits to your Reliable Runners account.
