How do I sign-up for the Runner Rewards program? Runner Rewards is only valid through the eZrunner™ on-line service. Referred customers must sign up at here. <top> How do I redeem my SuperCertificate?
A SuperCertificate is redeemable at GiftCertificates.com™ for original gift certificates from hundreds of stores, hotels, airlines, theaters, restaurants and MORE! Just follow these simple steps:

Go to www.GiftCertificates.com.

Click on Redeem SuperCertificate and enter your SuperCertificate number.

Select the gift certificate(s) you would like. The value of your SuperCertificate will be applied to your total.

GiftCertificates.com will send the gift certificate(s) you selected.
<top> How will I receive my SuperCertificate? If eligible by accumulating 2,000 (or more) Reward Points, you will receive your SuperCertificate via e-mail to the address specified on your account. <top> How often will I receive a SuperCertificate? SuperCertificates are issued within 15 days after the end of the month in denominations of 50, 60, 75, 100, 120, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375, 400, 425, 450, 475, 500, 525, 550, 575, 600, 625, 650, 675, 700, 725, 750, 775, 800, 825, 850, 875, 900, 925, 950, 975, 1000. If your account has any reward points remaining after the SuperCertificate has been issued, your balance will be saved for future use. <top> How do I track my Reward Points? You can track your Reward Points on-line at http://www.rrunners.com/rewards/track.asp. <top> How many Reward Points do I need in order to earn a SuperCertificate? For every $1.00 you spend placing orders through eZrunner™, you will earn 1 Reward Point. For every 1 Reward Point, you will earn $0.025 towards your $50 minimum SuperCertificate. Example: 2,000 Reward Points are equivalent to a $50 SuperCertificate. <top> How do I make changes to my account? You can alter your Runner Rewards settings on-line at http://www.rrunners.com/rewards/settings.asp. NOTE: Account Administrators are the only users who are permitted to make changes. <top> Who should I contact if there is a problem with my SuperCertificate? If you are experiencing issues with your SuperCertificate, please send an e-mail to customerservice@giftcertificates.com.
